My research interests span a broad and interconnected set of fields within sustainable food and farming systems, including agroecology, regenerative agriculture, agroforestry, soil health, nutrition, and sustainable food systems, with an overarching interest in systems theory as a framework for understanding the complexity of these domains.

I am at the early stages of my research career and am actively building expertise across these areas, with a strong commitment to contributing meaningful, evidence-based work to the conversations shaping the future of food and agriculture.
