I am interested in the ways in which the male gaze operates within curatorial practices across cultural organisations in Victoria. My research investigates how exhibition design, collection strategies, and interpretive frameworks may continue to privilege masculinised perspectives, and how these practices shape the representation of women and gender-diverse artists. Through critical analysis of institutional structures and display methodologies, my work aims to contribute to more equitable and reflexive approaches to curation within museums and galleries
