BIO
Dr Jing You is an Associate Research Fellow at the Institute for Frontier Materials, Deakin University. Jing’s research focuses on solid-state batteries, combining computational modelling with artificial intelligence to understand battery behaviour and support battery development. Particular interests include interfacial processes and degradation mechanisms, and the integration of physics-based models with AI to predict battery performance and guide design.
Jing obtained a PhD in Physics from the University of Wollongong in 2024 and subsequently held a postdoctoral research position at the University of New South Wales before joining Deakin.
