BIO

Madeline Kuluris is a PhD candidate and sessional academic at Deakin University. Her doctoral research examines transgressive representations of motherhood in contemporary speculative fiction across the Gothic horror, dystopian, and eco-fiction genres through theories of abjection, the monstrous-feminine and matricentric feminism.
