BIO

Belinda Seale is a casual Research Fellow and PhD researcher in health, nature and inclusive design. She is also a registered Architect specialising in enabling and inclusive community, residential and care environments. Her PhD investigation, 'Nature-based design in stroke rehabilitation environments' encompassed a design based inquiry using qualitative and collaborative design methods to explore therapeutic and restorative nature connection for stroke survivors in hospital-based rehabilitation. Belinda has extensive experience in design and delivery of therapetic community and care settings and is keen to investigate ways to improve inclusive design processes, practices and environments.
