BIO

Dr Andrew Gilbert is an Associate Research Fellow at Deakin University working on the evaluation of the Warm Transfer model for the Hospitals Without Walls project. His research focuses on health services evaluation, implementation, ageing, dementia, integrated care, and community-based care. He has expertise in mixed-methods research, qualitative analysis, stakeholder engagement, ethics governance, and producing applied research outputs that support policy and service design.

 

Andrew has worked across government-commissioned evaluations, dementia education, and public health interventions for older adults. His research practice emphasises collaboration with health services, community organisations, government stakeholders, and service providers to generate practical evidence.
