RESEARCH INTERESTS
Dr Nagle's research program is primarily concerned with improving the quality
and safety of maternity care. There are three interrelated areas of research:
Public Health Midwifery: topics include such as Obesity, Alcohol use,
Postpartum Haemorrhage and Breastfeeding
Improving Clinical outcomes: topics include Clinical Decision making, Clinical
Deterioration and Physiological Birth
Improving women's experience of maternity care: topics include communication
of risk, consumer participation in care, informed decision making
and safety of maternity care. There are three interrelated areas of research:
