BIO

Prof Adrian Cameron is the Director of the Centre of Research Excellence in Food Retail Environments for Health: Next Generation (RE-
FRESH: Next Generation), Deputy Associate Head of School (Research) in the School of Health and Social Development and Associate Director of the Global Centre for Preventive Health and Nutrition (GLOBE) at Deakin University. He is a Heart Foundation Future Leader Fellow (2021-2025), Australian representative for the International Food Policy Study and the leader of the retail module for the INFORMAS (International Network for Food and Obesity/non-communicable diseases Research, Monitoring and Action Support) network for monitoring food environments. His research is
focused on providing the research evidence to support the development of healthier food environments, particularly in retail. Adrian's teaching
includes roles as unit chair of an undergraduate epidemiology and biostatistics subject and supervisory roles with PhD, Masters and honours students.
