Beyond Deakin, Beth is Secretary of the Australian Council of Heads of Schools of Social Work, a Consulting Editor for Journal of Social Work Education and a member of the Editorial Board for Australian Social Work. She regularly acts as a reviewer for a range of health and social work journals including Assessment and Evaluation in Higher Education, British Journal of Social Work, Health Promotion International, Journal of Social Work, Qualitative Social Work and Social Work Education.
