Arts funding evaluation for theatre organisations City of Bogota, Cultural District Institute, Arts Management Division Colombia Focus: Developing a detailed panorama of the organisations successfully funded by City of Bogota between 2003 and 2005 and their audiences. Reviewing and analysing reports presented across the three years. Interviewing managers and directors. Offering recommendations for the future funding schemes, evaluation and audience development.

Colombian Ministry of Culture - Arts funding evaluation for theatre organisations. Focus: Developing a detailed panorama of the organisations successfully funded by the Colombian Ministry of Culture between 2002 and 2005 and their audiences. Reviewing and analysing reports presented across a set three year-funding program. Interviewing managers and directors. Reviewing national policy and legislation on presentation of performing arts. Offering recommendations for the future funding schemes, evaluation, and audience development. Publishing the book Guide to Theatre Auditoriums Management, Ministry of Culture – FJC University, Chapter III: Towards a national legislation for theatre auditoriums.
