TEACHING EXPERTISE

Claudia teaches across undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Arts and Cultural Management, including Arts Management and Managing the Arts in Community Settings. She is the Unit Chair for Event Management (undergraduate) and Managing Events (postgraduate).

 

In the past, she has also taught into the MBA, Master of Leadership, and Master of Human Resources programs.

 

Her teaching draws on her international research on leadership and the arts, integrating applied case studies, industry partnerships, and inclusive assessment design. She is committed to creating engaging and inclusive learning environments that prepare students to address contemporary challenges in leadership and the cultural sector.
