TEACHING EXPERTISE
Professor Lawrence teaches postgraduate students enrolled in food and nutrition science as well as dietetic courses in the public health nutrition topics of healthy and sustainable food systems and food policy and regulation. For more than 15 years he has consistently received student ratings >90% for the quality of his teaching.
