TEACHING EXPERTISE

My teaching focuses on supporting psychology students to maximise their employability post-graduation. I chair two units: HPY107 (Preparing for Employment) and the 3rd year HPS328: Psychology at Work Internship unit, which provides an opportunity for work-integrated learning through workplace students. I have also taught across a range of other psychology units across the undergraduate program, including introductory units, research methods, and health behaviour, as well as broader health units. My teaching approach is focused on practical skills acquisition and building career capability and confidence to apply psychological learnings in a range of roles.
