RESEARCH INTERESTS
Dr. Holland's research interests include the valorisation of wastes from food and agriculture, sustainable methods of extraction, and
scale up from laboratory to pilot scale.
Dr. Holland also has experience in chemical analysis via High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Two-Dimensional High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry and Chemiluminescence detection methods
