DrJoanne Henriksen

My professional career as teacher and school leader, alongside my academic work with pre-service teachers in initial teacher education and postgraduate teacher-leaders is diverse and responsive to contemporary challenges and innovations in teaching and learning.  

The various positions I have held during my tenure with Deakin rely on a strong knowledge and understanding of curriculum, teaching, learning, assessment, student outcomes and experience – and the interplay with academic governance, organisational knowledge and practical applications of delivery.
