BIO
Julianne (Juli) Lynch is a transdisciplinary researcher and teacher educator who investigates technology practices, innovation, and change in formal education, professional learning and informal learning. She is passionate about research that affirms the expertise and aspirations of teachers and young people working in high poverty settings.
Juli is internationally recognised for her contribution to practice theory and practice-focused methodologies in education research. By combining careful theoretical work with place-based methodologies, she has contributed to foundational knowledge on educational technology, curriculum innovation, education policy, teacher practice, and teacher professional learning.
Juli has led consultancies for Australian government agencies, including evaluating national projects and designing inspiring professional learning and accredited programs for educators.
