TEACHING EXPERTISE

I have developed extensive teaching expertise across undergraduate and postgraduate engineering education, with a strong focus on project-oriented and design-based learning. My teaching spans common first-year engineering units and discipline-specific units in civil and environmental engineering subjects. This includes coordinating and teaching large first-year units, such as SEJ104 Engineering in Society, which engages more than 300 students from diverse engineering disciplines, including students from the School of Information Technology. Through authentic, real-world projects, I support students in developing technical knowledge alongside teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. My teaching experience also includes master's-level project management units, providing me with insight into the development of both technical and professional competencies at the postgraduate level.
