• exploring the social and pedagogical potential of the alternative and unserious as materials for engaging individuals, audiences, and communities with topics considered/perceived as difficult, divisive, naturalised and/or normalised
• understanding the needs, parameters, objectives, and outcomes of/for diversifying the teaching workforce, and the subsequent workplace policies, strategies, and programmes required to support a diversifying/diversified teaching workforce
