RESEARCH INTERESTS

Wayne's PhD and early reseach was anchored in marketing, specifcally looking into consumer engagement, social media, and relationship marketing. This result in conference presentations and publications in high quality international journals. 

Since completing his PhD, Wayne has focused on topics aligned to work-integrated learning and graduate employability. In this space, Wayne's past research projects have looked at online WIL, quality supervision, generative AI and WIL, fostering respectful relationship with Indigenous organisations during WIL programs, and virtual international WIL.
