BIO

Dr Sarah Reddan is a Lecturer in Sport Management whose research examines how gender, governance, and organisational structures shape experiences and outcomes in sport. Her program of research focuses on advancing equity and inclusion through investigations of women's participation, leadership, governance, representation, and digital experiences in sport.
