BIO

Rose teaches animation and digital culture in the School of Communication and
Creative Arts. The focus of her teaching is Flash and stop-motion animation,
motion capture and motion graphics. Rose is currently Unit Chair for ACM133:
Animation Basics, and ACM225: Effects, Graphics and Compositing, AMC202:
Animation Motion, and ACN108: History of Interactive Entertainment. Rose is
actively involved in developing motion capture curricula for the MotionLab
located at the Burwood campus, and is an adjunct member on the MotionLab
Academic Advisory Committee.

Research Groups
Science and Society Network (SSN) funded inter-disciplinary research into the
uses of VR to investigate vision. This 2019 project invloves reserch teams
from the School of Medicine, Vision Sciences (optometry) at Waurn Ponds, and
from the School of Communication and Creative Arts Brwood.
