BIO

Associate Professor Adrian Lee is the Property and Real Estate Discipline-Group Leader in the Department of Finance at Deakin Business School and a core member of Deakin's HOME Research Hub. He is a finance and real estate researcher specialising in uncovering and utilising unconventional disaggregated data sources in explaining individual investor behaviour. He has won several competitive research grants in finance and real estate including an Australian Research Council Discovery Grant on how tax incentives affect an individual's financial health. His research in finance and real estate has been published in top academic journals such as Management Science, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Financial Markets, Real Estate Economics, Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics and Housing Studies. He has featured extensively in the media including in the Washington Post, BBC, Sina.com.cn and the Australian Financial Review.
