BIO

I work at the intersection of community engagement, mental health, and systems thinking, grounded in trauma‑informed, inclusive, and sustainable approaches to care. I bring an intersectional feminist lens to my work, ensuring that power, identity, and lived experience remain central to both research and practice.

As a Lived Experience Research Fellow, I integrate community‑based systems thinking with my own lived experience to strengthen how healthcare services engage with and understand people experiencing eating disorders in the community.

With over a decade of clinical experience as a podiatrist, I bring a health professional perspective to mental health systems reform, trauma‑informed care, and health professional education. I also teach future health professionals and am passionate about supporting them to recognise their roles as leaders within their communities and to practise in trauma‑informed, equity‑focused ways.

Across guideline review, co‑design, and systems exploration, I aim to amplify diverse voices and build more responsive, inclusive models of care that reflect the realities of the communities they serve.
