RESEARCH INTERESTS
Roz’s research focuses on school cultures and education systems, with particular attention to gender, sexuality and social justice. Roz is interested in the experiences of LGBT+ teachers and students, respectful relationships education, and the ways institutional policies and practices shape wellbeing, belonging and workforce retention in schools.
