BIO

Azmeri possesses over nine years of teaching experience in Australia and six years of industry experience in Australia and overseas. Besides Deakin, she has also worked at the University of Southern Queensland and the University of South Australia. In the industry, she has worked as a Construction Manager, Consultant, Civil Engineer, and in other roles.

 

One of her greatest achievements has been holding various positions where she was responsible for construction project planning, budgeting, designing, supervising, and monitoring ongoing works—particularly in relation to time, cost, quality, and safety. This experience has further strengthened her knowledge and skill set in construction management.

She is an expert in several project management and quantity surveying software:

 

•    Construction Cost Management: CostX, Cubit estimating, and Planswift
•    Construction Project Management: Primavera Project Planner, Primavera Expedition, Microsoft Project, MinuteMan Schedule Software.
•    Architect: Auto Desk Revit
•    Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis: SPSS
•    Engineering: Grasp, ACECOM Gear, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, ETABS.
•    System Dynamics Software: Powersim, Vensim, Stella.
•    Pavement Management: HDM-4, Pallete
