Celeste's research interests focus on food systems, food packaging, nutrition communication, and consumer food behaviours, ultra-processed foods, particularly within healthy and sustainable food systems. Her work explores how packaging design, nutrition and health claims, and food marketing influence consumer perceptions and food choices. I also have a strong interest in sports foods, food regulation, sustainability, and the role of food innovation in supporting public health and informed consumer decision-making.
