DrCeleste-Ann Chapple

Celeste Chapple has extensive tertiary teaching experience across undergraduate and postgraduate nutrition, food science, and health research units at Deakin University. Her teaching experience includes unit coordination, seminar teaching, lecturing, marking, curriculum and learning material development, student engagement, and laboratory demonstration. She has taught across a broad range of subjects including healthy and sustainable food systems, nutrition promotion, food policy and regulation, international nutrition, research methods, food intake assessment, and food and nutrition sciences. Celeste also has experience coordinating academic teams, developing student learning resources, and designing practical learning experiences aligned with contemporary nutrition and food systems issues.
