He is a member of the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research's Membership Engagement and Social Media Committees and is a council member of the Australian and New Zealand Society for Sarcopenia and Frailty Research (ANZSSFR) and Chair of the ANZSSFR Sarcopenia Diagnosis and Management Task Force. He is also a member of the International Federation of Musculoskeletal Research Societies Future Global Leaders Committee.
