I am a health systems researcher and health economist with experience evaluating different models of care, including after-hours services, urgent care, and digital health (particularly telehealth) in primary care and allied health settings. My work often focuses on priority populations, including rural communities, people with disability, and older adults.

My methodological expertise includes quantitative approaches—such as panel and time series analysis, discrete choice experiments, economic evaluation, and modelling—as well as qualitative methods, including semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis.

Alongside my research, I hold leadership and coordination roles within Deakin Health Economics. Since 2025, I have served as Deputy Lead of the Health Systems and Sustainability Stream, contributing to research planning, stream development, and team coordination. I also coordinated the Deakin Health Economics Internship Program (2024-2025), supporting student placements and research capacity building.

Previously, I held the Alfred Deakin Postdoctoral Research Fellowship (2021-2023), where I examined telehealth use in rural Victoria. I later served as Priority Primary Care Centre Research Fellow with Western Victoria Primary Health Network (2023-2025), evaluating the effectiveness of urgent care clinics. I now continue this partnership as a co-embedded researcher within Western Victoria Primary Health Network.
