RESEARCH INTERESTS
My research focuses on the design, evaluation, and economic assessment of primary care and health system reforms. I am particularly interested in how funding models, workforce configurations, and digital innovation influence access, efficiency, and equity across the health system.
Examples of my recent and ongoing work include evaluating urgent care models, modelling nurse role substitution and workforce optimisation, assessing telehealth and digital service delivery, and exploring the feasibility of prescribing evidence-based digital health apps in general practice.
