My teaching focuses on preparing graduates for contemporary social work by strengthening the connections between university learning, professional practice and community.

I have taught across the Bachelor and Master of Social Work programs, including three years as Academic Lead for Master of Social Work field education. Recent initiatives include the co-development of the Eco-Social Work Placement Hub, leadership of the Equity-First Students as Partners project and the co-development of the Grounded Reflexivity Toolbox, each designed to strengthen student learning while creating more inclusive and responsive social work education.
