My teaching focuses on developing the next generation of researchers and practitioners to translate evidence into real-world impact. I teach implementation science and research methods across undergraduate, postgraduate and professional development settings, with an emphasis on applying theory to complex policy and practice challenges.

I enjoy creating interactive learning experiences that equip learners with practical skills to design, implement and evaluate evidence-based interventions. My teaching integrates contemporary implementation science frameworks with real-world case studies drawn from health, government and community settings, enabling learners to develop methodological confidence and translational thinking.

Beyond formal teaching, I mentor higher degree research students and early career researchers, providing guidance on implementation science methods, study design, and grant development. I also develop and deliver professional learning programmes for researchers, practitioners and policymakers, supporting implementation science capacity building within Deakin and internationally.
