RESEARCH INTERESTS
Chamari’s primary research centres on organisational whistleblowing, with a particular focus on the under-examined period following disclosure. She pays special attention to the temporal dimension of the post-whistleblowing phase, investigating how the consequences experienced by whistleblowers and external parties, such as family members evolve over time. Her work combines qualitative interviews with longitudinal survey methods to provide a deeper understanding of the personal, professional, and relational impacts of whistleblowing.
