MrsChamari Edirisinghe

Chamari has contributed to both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching within Deakin University’s Faculty of Business and Law. Her experience includes facilitating tutorials and marking assessments in management units. Prior to her PhD, she also delivered course modules in Human Resource Management at the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Chamari is particularly interested in creating engaging and inclusive learning environments that encourage critical thinking and connect theoretical concepts to real-world ethical challenges in the workplace.
