BIO

Dr. Florian Klonek is an Associate Professor at Deakin's Department of Management. He completed his PhD, specialising in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at TU Braunschweig, Germany. He has held postdoctoral research positions at Pontifical Catholic University, Chile, the University of Western Australia, and the Future of Work Institute / Centre for Transformative Work Design at Curtin University.
