MsSavini Tennakoon

Savini has extensive teaching experience across Australia and Sri Lanka, in both teaching and leadership contexts, working closely with students aged 6 to 19 years and teachers and other school leaders in Sri Lanka. She also has experience working in teacher education in Sri Lanka and has conducted seminars and workshops for government and private-sector educators around inclusive education. Savini is passionate about creating inclusive learning environments that recognise and respond to the diverse strengths, abilities and experiences of every learner. Throughout her career, she has developed considerable expertise in supporting students with diverse needs and worked with teachers in Sri Lanka to help them build knowledge and confidence around inclusive practice.
