With an unwavering passion for advancing women's health and a deep commitment to academic excellence, I am embarking on a second PhD journey at Deakin University, Australia. My research delves into the experiences of breastfeeding among women who have undergone bariatric surgery prior to pregnancy, aiming to provide invaluable insights that can shape healthcare practices both in Australia and globally.

Before my current studies, I served as a lecturer at Islamic Azad University in Iran, where I taught a broad range of subjects in midwifery and public health. This role allowed me to share my expertise and mentor future healthcare professionals, fostering their growth in theoretical understanding and practical application. I also supervised theses for medical students focusing on women and pregnancy, enhancing my impact in the field.

As a registered midwife in Iran, I provided practical and birth midwifery education, equipping students with essential clinical skills. My academic journey is enriched by a robust research background, including significant work on gestational diabetes and reproductive health. These studies have been pivotal in my career and have contributed to the broader field of midwifery and public health by offering crucial insights into the challenges and needs of pregnant women.

As I continue my academic journey at Deakin University, my dedication to research, teaching, and the ongoing pursuit of knowledge remains steadfast. This dedication is not just part of my career but a testament to my unwavering commitment to improving health outcomes for women globally.
