Presented on the impact of the career clinics I coordinate at Deakin CREATE on the career adaptability of refugees.

Supervised three Bachelor of Psychology students during their learning placements at Deakin CREATE, supporting their applied research and community engagement in refugee education and inclusion.

Presented on the book chapter I co-wrote with PhD colleague and supervisor on navigating research in fragile contexts.

Represented Deakin CREATE to present on our centre and the Deakin CREATE Career Clinics for highly skilled refugees and asylum seekers who are looking to re-establish their careers in Australia.

Presented a paper and held a workshop with my colleagues, Dr Karen Dunwoodie and Bis Hakimi.

Led and coordinated two career clinics and mentorship programs for highly skilled refugees and asylum-seekers, with a focus on career adaptability and employment outcomes. My role included participant recruitment, delivering weekly Zoom sessions on different topics relating to employment in Australia, and writing the impact report on the clinics.
