I'm a PhD Candidate working with the Institute for Physical Activity and Nutrition, contributing toward putting planetary health diets on the map in Australia. I'm focused on investigating how Australians' diets might be affected by shifts toward those that are healthier and more environmentally sustainable. This involves benchmarking population-level dietary data against the EAT-Lancet Planetary Health Diet, assessing nutritional adequacy, mineral bioavailability and also dietary modelling.

I've spent time with Deakin as a speaker and chairperson for both domestic and international research symposiums, as a sessional academic, and as a casual research fellow. A notable highlight of my career has been the presentation of my research at the 23rd International Congress of Nutrition, which I attended in Paris, in 2025.
