RESEARCH INTERESTS
Dr Asher Winter's research develops intelligent engineering systems through simulation, modelling, and physical experimental methods. Drawing on a background in mechatronics engineering, his work spans the full development cycle — from mathematical modelling and optimisation through to prototyping and physical validation.
His research has been applied across diverse domains including human motion simulation, biomechanics, robotics, and communications systems, contributing to projects in defence training, transport, and disaster resilience. Across these contexts, his work delivers engineering solutions that improve the safety, reliability, and capability of systems that people depend on.
