TEACHING EXPERTISE

Najmeh has experience working as a lecturer and clinical educator, delivering undergraduate medical teaching, supervising clinical training, and providing continuing medical education for healthcare professionals. She has also contributed to research mentorship and assessment, including supervision and review of medical doctoral and master’s research projects.

 

  • Faculty of Health Honours Mentorship Program, Deakin University (2022–2023)
  • Provided mentorship to PhD students on the clinical context, interpretation, and translational relevance of their research, contributing to collaborative work that resulted in co-authored publications.
  • Medical Education and Clinical Training, Lecturer and Assistant Professor (2018–2021): Delivered lectures and supervised undergraduate and clinical training for medical students across internship and externship levels.
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME) and Peer Teaching (2018–2021): Delivered formal education and professional development sessions for physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
  • Research Supervision and Assessment (2018–2021): Served as a referee for Medical Doctoral theses and Master’s dissertations and contributed to the supervision and evaluation of student research projects.
