TEACHING EXPERTISE

Virangi is an experienced university educator with teaching experience across undergraduate programs in Australia and at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels in Sri Lanka. Her teaching at Deakin University has included Human Resource Development, Managing Performance and Reward, Global Mindset and Citizenship, and Business Logistics. Her broader teaching portfolio includes Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Leadership, Labour Economics, Personality and Communication Skills, Financial Management, and Business Statistics. She has strengths in student-centred teaching, assessment, curriculum support, and the use of online learning environments to foster engaging and supportive learning experiences.
