DrYang Shi

Her teaching interests are property investment and property valuation. She will be the unit chair and lecturer for MMP212 Property Investment and MMP 311 Advanced Property Valuation. She also taught MMP111 Introduction to Property. Previously, She served as a casual Tutor at Monash University, where she taught Property Investment. Her experience also includes being a casual Tutor at The University of Melbourne, where she taught undergraduate students in Derivative Securities and postgraduate students in Investment Management. Before that, she served as a Teaching Assistant at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, supporting courses such as Advanced Real Estate Investments, Land Conversion Process and Development Control, Facilities Development and Management for the Hospitality and Real Estate Industry, and Real Estate Valuation.
