BIO

Dr Parker is a rural generalist and an anaesthetist with a special interest in regional anaesthesia, perioperative medicine, the history of medicine, and patient safety. As the head of the Department of Anaesthesia at Portland District Health, Dr Parker has authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and is actively involved in medical education. His leadership roles extend beyond international borders, contributing to the broader medical community.
