RESEARCH INTERESTS

My work centres on causal artificial intelligence and its application to problems in health, science and society, spanning: causal artificial intelligence; causal discovery; causal inference; trustworthy and explainable AI; causal reasoning in foundation models; machine learning; artificial intelligence; bioinformatics and computational biology; and AI for health.
