BIO

I describe myself as a Research Nomad. I began in my home country, travelled to Japan on a MEXT-funded Research Exchange for teachers, moved to Ireland for a master’s at Trinity College Dublin through the Ireland Fellows Programme Africa, and now I’m in Australia pursuing my doctorate with an Australian Research Council Scholarship and a Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research) Scholarship at Deakin’s Centre for Research for Educational Impact (REDI), School of Education. I’m drawn to questions that cross borders and to collaborations that do the same. If you’re interested in rigorous, community-engaged research with real-world impact and a colleague who brings global perspective and energy I’d love to connect.
