BIO
I’m an educator and researcher with a deep-rooted passion for advancing teaching and learning, particularly in underrepresented and resource-constrained settings. With over 20 years of professional experience across administration and management, classroom teaching, teacher education, and academic research, my journey has been shaped by a commitment to holistic student and teacher/staff development—where confidence, creativity, and resilience matter just as much as academic performance.
My research focuses on physical literacy, assessment practices, and the social and emotional well-being of learners and doctoral students. I’ve had the opportunity to publish in several HEC-recognized journals and contribute to PHEC-funded research projects on STEAM education and graduate employment. As a Silver Medalist in MPhil Education, I take pride in connecting theory with practice, and my goal has always been to make education more meaningful, equitable, and empowering for all students.
