BIO

Radhika Srivastava is a Graduate Researcher, part of the Aston Deakin Cotutelle PhD program. Her research lies at the intersection of Applied Health and Psychology focusing on co-designing a Physical Activity, Nutrition and Sleep intervention to improve stress, health and wellbeing of Community-based Healthcare Workers in Australia and the UK. Having a background in Psychology, she aims to bring psychological theories towards improving health outcomes.
