RESEARCH INTERESTS

Her current research focuses on co-designing a Physical Activity, Nutrition and Sleep intervention to improve stress, health and wellbeing of Community-based Healthcare Workers using a mix methods approach. Being part of ADCP enables her to tap into the resources of two universities and explore her research topic as well as compare the outcomes in Australia and the UK.

She is interested in participatory research, designing the research with the participants and translating the study findings into real world implications. She is also interested in exploring health behaviours particularly sleep, physical activity and nutrition as well as develop alternate therapeutic techniques to improve such behaviours like positive psychology and nature based research.

She hopes to create more solutions so that people are able to live a healthy and happy life.
