DrSharon Bourke

Sharon's research focuses on nursing and health professions education, including team communication, simulation pedagogy, graduate transition, behavioural skills, international student wellbeing, and workforce models of care. She has an emerging international profile supported by competitive grants, high‑quality publications, industry‑partnered research, and ongoing supervision of Honours, Master’s and PhD students across diverse areas of nursing practice and education.
